7u76 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "7u76", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 7u76 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://7u76.io.
• "You", "User", "Member", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the 7u76 platform.
• "Platform" means the 7u76 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated software, products, and services available at 7u76.io.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, exclusive of bonus funds unless specifically stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User under a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must stake before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Sporting Event" means any cricket match, football fixture, kabaddi tournament, or other competitive event on which 7u76 offers betting markets.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing the 7u76 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. Access to and use of the Platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 7u76 relating to your use of the Platform, whether written or oral.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on the 7u76 Platform. This age requirement is strictly enforced. Any Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended without notice, and all funds deposited by that individual may be returned at 7u76's sole discretion after deducting applicable transaction costs.

The 7u76 Platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. Users accessing the Platform from Restricted Territories do so at their own risk and in contravention of these Terms. 7u76 bears no liability for any legal consequences arising from a User's access from a Restricted Territory. We reserve the right to block access or close Accounts from any jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

By registering, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or nominee of any third party. You further confirm that you are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, court-imposed restriction, or other legal prohibition that would prevent you from engaging in gambling activities.

To use the 7u76 Platform you must register a single Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the 7u76 Platform at any time. The operation of multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 7u76 reserves the right to merge or close them and to withhold any Bonus Funds associated with the duplicate registration.

7u76 may at any time, and must before processing any withdrawal, require you to verify your identity. Documents requested may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure. This verification process is conducted to protect users and to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials. You must choose a strong, unique password and must not share your login details with any third party. You should notify 7u76 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 7u76 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

7u76 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 7u76 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which 7u76 accepts no responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. 7u76 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 7u76 aims to process all withdrawal requests within three business hours; however, processing times may be extended where identity verification is outstanding or where a transaction is flagged for security review. 7u76 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

All transactions on the 7u76 Platform are monitored for compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. 7u76 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with unlawful activity. Users must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name.

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered members of 7u76 and are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. General bonus eligibility requires a verified Account, compliance with the minimum deposit amount stated in the offer, and acceptance of the applicable wagering requirement within the stated validity period.

Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are stated in the individual promotion terms. Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live table games may contribute a lower percentage. Users should review the specific promotion terms before accepting any bonus.

Any attempt to exploit promotions through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, arbitrage strategies, or any other conduct that 7u76 reasonably identifies as bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure. 7u76's decision in matters of bonus abuse is final.

7u76 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including in cases where an offer has been published due to a technical error. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a User has already fulfilled the qualifying deposit, 7u76 will endeavour to honour the bonus in its original form where this is operationally feasible.

All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections — including market, selection, and stake amount — before confirmation. 7u76 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed unless required by these Terms or by the specific sporting or game rules applicable to the event in question.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed at the point of bet placement. 7u76 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at any time, including on winning Accounts, without providing justification. This is a standard industry practice for risk management purposes.

In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or system malfunction, 7u76 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. Where a software error causes a game to display or pay out an incorrect amount, the correct payout based on the actual game mathematics shall apply. 7u76 shall not be liable for any losses attributable to technical faults beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions.

All cricket and sports betting markets are governed by the specific event rules published on the Platform. Key rules include: match abandonment void rules, over-reduction policies for Duckworth-Lewis-Stern affected matches, and result confirmation timelines. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at 7u76's discretion without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7u76 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using the details of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, technical vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity or using the Platform for any money laundering purpose.
• Facilitating access to the Platform for any individual under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, overloads, or interferes with the Platform's infrastructure or the experience of other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform's software or intellectual property.

All content on the 7u76 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the overall design and presentation of the Platform, is the property of 7u76 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 7u76.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7u76 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 7u76 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

7u76's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from 7u76's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7u76 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

7u76 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction. No data security system is entirely impenetrable; however, 7u76 takes all commercially reasonable steps to maintain the integrity of your information.

7u76 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire membership. We provide a range of tools to help members manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from the Account settings dashboard.

7u76 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. In such cases, 7u76 may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Balance will be released promptly. Where a breach is confirmed, 7u76 may forfeit the Balance in whole or in part.

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of the 7u76 Platform. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts appropriate to the Platform's operating entity.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact 7u76's support team in good faith to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 7u76 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five business days of receipt.
